tomorrow, i get muscle injections.

tomorrow i will be going into NYC to see my orthopedic surgeon. he will be giving me my first set of botox muscle injections. for those who don’t know, for those with CP, Botox actually relaxes the muscles and reduces the spasms and tension. if it works properly, i will be relatively pain free for anywhere between 8-10 months. this is something i am both excited and nervous about. guess the only thing left to do now is wait and see how it goes.
